Statutory Audit appointment could be done directly designating AM CONSULTING S.A., who will designate professional accountants to comply with the Code of Commerce regulations, developing the roll of the Statutory Auditor and alternate. As a complement to the integral advisory, an audit work is done to improve the test scope.
